All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds for any purchases, including:

• Personal training sessions (outdoor or online)

• Downloadable fitness programs

• Packages or subscriptions

Cancellations

All booked sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Digital Products

All digital program sales are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit in rare cases involving:

• Technical issues with a file or download

• Trainer-side cancellations

• Documented medical circumstances

All requests must be made in writing via email within 7 days of the issue.
