All sales are final. Due to the nature of our services and products, we do not offer refunds for any purchases*, including:

Personal training sessions (in-person or online)

Downloadable fitness programs

Packages or subscriptions

*Refunds available under some circumstances.

Cancellations

All booked sessions must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged. No-shows and late cancellations are non-refundable.

Digital Products

All digital program sales are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of whether the product has been downloaded or accessed.

Exceptions

We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or credit in rare cases involving:

Technical issues with a file or download

Trainer-side cancellations

Documented medical circumstances

All requests must be made in writing via email within 7 days of the issue.
