The Monthly Growth program is designed for consistent, sustainable progress through weekly in-person training and a personalized plan you follow between sessions. You’ll meet with your coach outdoors at a park in Orlando once a week, focusing on calisthenics and bodyweight strength — all based on your unique goals, schedule, and current level.

This program is ideal for anyone who wants the structure of expert coaching without the commitment of a long-term package. You'll get accountability, clear direction, and the support needed to build better movement habits — all outside the gym.

 
  • Initial Goal-Setting Session – Discuss goals, lifestyle, limitations, and build a roadmap for your training phase
    1x/week In-Person Session – 60-minute outdoor coaching session in Orlando (4 total per month)
    Custom Calisthenics Plan – Weekly structure tailored to your goals (strength, mobility, endurance, skills)
    Weekly Plan Adjustments – Your plan evolves based on progress, recovery, and feedback
    Ongoing Goal Tracking – Strength milestones, mobility benchmarks, consistency check-ins
    24/7 Messaging Support – Ask questions, get feedback, and stay on track between sessions
