We start with a conversation, then move with purpose.

    • 30-minute beginner-friendly workout + movement assessment

    • Explanation of the Foldproof coaching approach: how we train, why it works, and how it adapts to you

    • Time for questions, guidance, or specific skill focus (e.g., push-ups, pull-ups, mobility)

    • New clients curious about calisthenics

    • People returning to movement after time off

    • Anyone wanting a form check, movement screen, or intro workout

  • This is a single-use service designed to let you test the waters with no ongoing commitment. It’s the perfect way to experience what we offer before deciding on a full plan. Please note: This service can only be purchased once per customer.
